Welcome to our blog! My name is Mommy but everyone calls me Mollie. I have a two year old named Skylar who we call Sky. I wanted to tell everyone about our daily adventures, our favorite foods, our favorite activities, and most importantly about our clothes! We live in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and there are a lot of fun kids activities here. I love to keep busy and try new things with Sky. We are always on a fun adventure and I can't wait to tell you about them. Every Monday Sky and I meet our best friends and we do a fun activity. Our first adventure started at Giggles and Smiles in the Monroeville Mall. Yes I said the Monroeville mall. It was a blast from the past pulling up to the mall. Memories of Kaufmans popped into my head. Giggles and smiles is a kids play area with a bouncy house, ball Pitt, slide, ride on cars, and a climbing wall. The boys have so much fun and it tires them out! I actually got yelled at because I was jumping in the bouncy house and apparently adults are not allowed to do that. Oops! After giggles and smiles we popped over to H&M, our hidden gem in the mall. I guess our secret is out! This H&M has a great selection of kids clothing and it is organized unlike the Ross Park one. We spent a quick fifteen minutes in there while Sky ate his turkey, blueberries, Happy Baby pouch, and YoYo baby yogurt. Turkey and blueberries is always a healthy lunch along with a Happy Baby pouch. I put our lunches in Replay Recycled snack stacks. They are the best! You can find them on amazon or on their website. We also use their silverware, sippy cups, plates and bowls. After H&M went to the Barnes and Noble in the front of the mall. They have a story time there and a little play area but the story time was at a different time. Barnes and Noble is always a great activity. You can read books or play at the train table and there is a Starbucks inside which is very important. Sky fell asleep in the car which was great since I was tired as well. I am lucky that he transfers from the car to his crib. We usually walk right before nap. time weather it's raining, snowing, or if the sun is shining, Everyone thinks that nap time means nap time for Moms also. It certainly does not. I am always doing something while Sky naps. I try to rest for at least thirty minutes since Sky naps for two and a half or three hours but I am constantly cleaning, folding laundry, doing laundry, or cooking. Sky took a late nap today since he woke up late so we stayed home in the afternoon and played in our playroom. We usually do a little activity in the afternoon but not today.
